Ping Planet Plotter

This is an updated version of Ping Planet. Function is same, it displays a planet that changes from blue to red as ping gets worse, and spins faster or slower based on jitter. Includes basic status and quality metrics. 
It's meant to be a passive, easy to use, at-a-glance network quality indicator.
This version includes a data plotter and the ability to download a uniquely named .json for further visualization.
